• How pure it is. The sample is separated into everything it contains and the compound is measured as a percentage of the total. Method: HPLC.
• That it is the right compound. The molecule is weighed and matched against what this peptide should weigh. Method: mass spectrometry.
• No bacterial endotoxins. Fever-causing bacterial fragments that a purity test will never reveal. Method: LAL test.
• No heavy metals. Metal traces left behind by reagents, catalysts and equipment. Method: ICP-MS.

This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake. Peptides are shear sensitive.

Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.

Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–4 °C and use within 30 days.

Because our products are lyophilised, they remain stable during ambient shipping for several months. For long-term storage, keep unopened lyophilised vials at −20 °C or colder and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

We cannot accept returns of opened vials. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short of its stated specification, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.
