About CJC-1295 with DAC

CJC-1295 with DAC couples a modified GRF(1–29) sequence to a maleimido-propionic acid linker, which binds serum albumin in situ. Research examines the resulting extended half-life and its effect on sustained versus pulsatile growth hormone signalling.

Reconstitution

This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake. Peptides are shear sensitive.

Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.

Storage & stability

Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–4 °C and use within 30 days.
