Ipamorelin acts at the GHS-R1a receptor. It is of research interest for the selectivity of its secretagogue profile. Published models report growth hormone release without the concurrent ACTH, cortisol and prolactin elevation seen with earlier secretagogues.

Reconstitution

This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake. Peptides are shear sensitive.

Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.

Storage & stability

Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–4 °C and use within 30 days.

Because our products are lyophilised, they remain stable during ambient shipping for several months. For long-term storage, keep unopened lyophilised vials at −20 °C or colder and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
